It’s a Saturday afternoon just after good Friday. We are out on this amazing Anka resort garden (on narumoru-nanyuki highway) with Brian my nephew who is busy on the tablet and Tonia my niece busy stressing this tinny boy to push her swing. Lunch seems to be taking forever to get served and am just praying God Brian doesn’t die (family foodie).
It’s been months since we met with all you readers and I apologize for that (work has been crazy). Do you know how excited you get on new jobs only to realize it’s the same s*** with just a better salary or a better boss? That’s my current status. “At work”. All in all, I am having my own kind of fun every few off hours I get in this central region(Narumoru)
This area is more of a farming area as well as a tourist destination. The amazing views of Mt.kenya (which I already feel like I have summited ) and Aberdare ranges are to die for, not forgetting all the hotels around the area. Actually outside my bedsitter is the famous Narumoru river lodge and on my left window is Jaqanaz hotel. Well by the end of my stay I plan on doing two more blog posts; hotels in Kieni east sub-county and destinations around Nanyuki. So far av been to a few of this and it’s my hope by the end of my wilderness days I will have covered ¾ if not 4/4 of kieni east (Narumoru X Nanyuki). That said I wish all of you a HAPPY EASTER filled with favor, more travel, more sunstes, and rises and above all safety. Food is here, Brian is still breathing thank God! Bye (insert a love emoji.
